Booking your holiday

Check your preferred dates on our availability calendar. Fill in the enquiry form with your details and we will confirm your dates for you.

Please note that your completed booking form and a non- refundable deposit of £100 per week is due within 7 days of your provisional booking. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. 

The balance of the rental fee and a security/breakage deposit of £200 are payable twelve weeks prior to your arrival date. This deposit will be repaid to your party by cheque as soon as the management company has reported no damage and that you have returned the keys. 

You will be provided with a welcome pack that includes information on everything from how to use the telephone to finding the best restaurant in town! Our management company in Florida ensures the villa is maintained to the highest standard both internally and externally. Should you need assistance they are only minutes away.

The villa is available for occupation from 4.00pm local time on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure. See Terms & Conditions for full details.
